1. How do I remove my ad(s)?

Member ad(s):
- Go to "Login".
- Log into your account.
- Click "Delete Ad" link on the right side of the ad needed to be deleted.

Non-member local ad:
- Go to your ad full page. ( You can use the Advansed Search page )
- Click "Edit/Delete" link at the right-bottom side of your ad.
- Login with your password and edit or delete the ad.



2. How do I change my personal information (e-mail address, password, name, phone, zip) ?

- Go to "Login".
- Log into your account.
- Click on the "My Account" link.
- Edit your personal information.
- Click the "Update" button.

3. I forgot my password.

- Go to "Login".
- Log into your account.
- Click "Forgot password?" link.
- Enter email address what you use as account email.
- Click "Submit" button.
- Password will be sent to the email address.

4. I haven't received our email with my password from MakeSale.com

- Make sure your email software has turned off any SPAM filters for MakeSale.com
- Please contact your Internet Service Provider about the lost email.

5. How do I edit my ad(s)?

Member(users with accounts) ads:
- Go to "Login".
- Log into your account.
- Click "Edit Ad" link on the right side of the ad needed to be edited.
- Edit your ad.

Non-member(without account) local ads:
- Go to your ad(full page version).
- Click "Edit/Delete" link at the right bottom side of the ad.
- Enter your password for the ad into login form.
- Click "Login" button.
- Edit or delete your ad.

6. How do I prevent SCAM/SPAM from foreign countries?

- Go to "Login"
- Log into your account.
- Click "SCAM/SPAM filter" link on the top menu. Set up your filters settings.

8. How do I change/delete my e-mail address on ad(s)?

- Go to "Login".
- Log into your account.
- Click "Edit Ad" link on the right side of the ad on wich you need to change/delete your email.
- Change/delete your e-mail.


9. I can't read anything, the font is too small!

- Go to "View->Text Size->Larger" in your WEB browser to increase size of text.
